working with contractors Many of our major instructions are design and build – both conventionally tendered and PFI projects. Experience ranges from speculative development to highly specialised projects including custody, police and military training facilities. We are used to working on larger projects where effective team-working is essential although we are equally comfortable with small projects. Our expertise allows us to provide and manage project IT including drawings management and project databases. We are also able to provide surveying and other ancillary services such as part wall awards.
