New Fire Station for Leytonstone –
CT+G have obtained planning consent for a replacement
fire station at Leytonstone to be included in LFB's forthcoming
PFI project. The local planning authority required a detailed
planning application as the building will replace an existing locally
listed structure which is no longer fit for purpose. For further

BREEAM "Excellent" for New Prison Healthcare Building
– the new CT+G designed healthcare building serving the
three Isle of Wight prisons has recently been awarded an "excellent"
BREEAM sustainability rating - one of the first UK prison facilities to
