Proposed Leytonstone Fire Station New Fire Station for Leytonstone – CT+G have obtained planning consent for a replacement fire station at Leytonstone to be included in LFB's forthcoming PFI project.  The local planning authority required a detailed planning application as the building will replace an existing locally listed structure which is no longer fit for purpose.  For further information contact Dominic Knollys. HMP Albany new healthcare building BREEAM "Excellent" for New Prison Healthcare Building – the new CT+G designed healthcare building serving the three Isle of Wight prisons has recently been awarded an "excellent" BREEAM sustainability rating - one of the first UK prison facilities to achieve this.  For further information contact Peter Hopkins. One Hyde Park
