Starting business in January 1895, Samuel Clifford Tee negotiated site acquisitions in the Lea Valley, designing and fitting out factories. Some of our work from this period still survives such as the 1910 former Eagle Pencil Works at Tottenham. From power stations to the Medway Bridge and Heathrow radar tower – these past projects demonstrate our adaptability.
