Earls Terrace, Kensington

CTG was appointed as delivery architect and lead consultant for the renovation of a Grade II Listed Georgian terrace in Kensington to provide a gated development of 23 luxury homes with new undercroft car parking and individual 10m swimming pools and games rooms at basement level.
